The Heart is Noble: Changing the World from the Inside Out

In the many months that have passed since our exceptional experience together with His Holiness the Karmapa, Karen and Damcho have been busy turning those teachings into a book, as planned.

Their work is done and nothing left but the printers and shippers to do their task.

It will be released on Feburary 19, but the book is already available for pre-ordering from Amazon.

The book will be hardcover but people who pre-order are guaranteed a big discount. Tell your friends!

  1. Sounds terrific! What does "food justice" mean? Thanks.

  2. The American agricultural system has become more mechanized and less personalized because of population growth. This system only views the plants and animals as commodities and does not care about the suffering or the environmental degradation it causes. Food justice helps us examine our current agricultural system and to see how we as individuals can help make it more humane. It reminds us that the plants, animals, farmers, and factory workers who bring us our food should do so in a way that does not harm them or the environment and allows respect for all.
